When I try to delete my account, it tells me I'm a technical contact on a subscription. On the license management page, there is one free "subscription" for a Bitbucket workspace I deleted.
I do not see this mysterious "cancel subscription" button the documentation speaks of, only a useless "Archive" button. The support form is so utterly terrible I can't even ask an employee to delete this subscription for me. So now I'm hoping to find somebody here :)
edit: After the incredible hurdles to open a support ticket (which a bot marked as resolved anyway and I had to manually un-resolve to get a human to look at it), I'm definitely going to avoid Atlassian for the foreseeable future. They do not care about their customers at all.
Hi @Ast3risk and welcome to the community. But also sorry to see that you've decided to cancel your free plan and have issues with that.
I have marked your question for the Atlassian Support and they will look into it in the upcoming days. I'm sure they'll be able to help you in your situation.
Greetings
Philipp
I've already opened a support ticket. I was pointed to another page (because the one every single button takes you to is apparently not for billing issues), had to manually enter my SEN and then scroll way down to actually open a ticket because the site told me to visit a documentation page that did not apply to my case as I'm not an organization with access to the new billing page.
I don't know how any sane human being puts up with this bullshit.

Hi @Ast3risk ,
sorry that this is such a frustrating process for you. As the ticket is market for a Support Engineer to look into it, they'll be able to help you out.
Greetings
Philipp
