Can't delete groups or organization or anything, in order to delete my account.

Hello,

I would like to permanently delete my Atlassian account since I don't even know or work with this kinda stuff, i'm worried, i don't know anything about this website, but I am unable to do so because I receive the following error:

"User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements."

I am the only user and the only organization administrator. I do not have any paid subscriptions, and I cannot find any option to delete the organization, site, or associated products. Since I am the sole administrator, I am also unable to remove myself.

Could you please help me identify what active entitlement is preventing the account deletion and either remove it or assist me in deleting the organization and my Atlassian account permanently?

Welcome to the community.

There are multiple identical post on this on the community. You need to raise a Support request with Atlassian via the Billing and Licensing option.
