I have 3 free Atlassian organizations I need to delete: gnorm, stateofforms-personal, and stateofforms-team-jv3cvjdu. I want to keep only my stateofforms organization.
I have already:
The remaining blocker is "Remove all apps included in your active subscriptions." Each of these orgs has a Jira Free instance with Goals, Projects, and Jira installed.
The problem:
Since these are all free-plan organizations, I cannot open a support ticket (free plan users only get Community Support). I'm stuck in a catch-22: I can't self-remove the apps, and I can't open a ticket to ask Atlassian to remove them.
Can an Atlassian staff member or community expert advise on how to remove these Atlassian-managed apps (Goals, Projects, Jira Free) from a free organization so I can proceed with deleting it? Or is there a support path available for billing/account deletion issues even on a free plan?
Hi and Welcome,
i have send this thread to Atlassian. I have the same topic in the past.
They will respond within 2 business days.

I haven't received a reply. What should I do next to get this issue resolved?

Hi @GNorm
Thank you for sharing the issues you are having with deleting the apps and about the organizations.
We raised a ticket on your behalf with our billing and licensing team, who should be able to help you with the products removal, and if you would like, to delete the sites you no longer need.
After the products and sites are no longer active, you should be able to remove the undesired Organizations.
Please check at https://support.atlassian.com/requests for the ticket open starting with "CA" and in your email.
We hope this helps!
Regards,
Jessica
