I'm using a personal Atlassian account to report an issue with our corporate account. I need to login to manage my main corporate account but I can't. I never get the verification code and I've tried many times. I reset the password on the account and did get that email, but never the verification code.
I desperately need to access this account but I'm completely locked out with the verification code. I need help from Atlassian so a long-time paying customer can manage the company account that depends on Atlassian.

Could you please follow up in that support ticket and please indicate the email address of the user account in question there, that way our support team can investigate this further.

I assume you've already checked your junk/spam folders. Most likely, the emails are being blocked by your organization. These emails typically come from the id.atlassian.com domain, so I recommend asking your IT team to whitelist that domain.

Our domain is managed by Google Business and they don't typically block things like this. I did get the email for resetting my password which comes from the same domain. I don't think the email is ever getting sent.

Alright, I’ll request assistance from the Atlassian team on this. They should be able to check if the emails are being sent and whether they’re getting delivery confirmation.
