Attempting to change email as site org created new account now can't access original

I'm the site org for our account and needed to amend my email. Visiting the verification email link opened a SSO for our company and created a new account. I now can't access the original account and the newly created account only has basic access rights. I can't seem to raise a support ticket without being able to login.

Hi @Charlie TAYLOR and welcome to the community!

That's really unfortunate! Is there maybe another person with Org Admin permissions in your company that could create the ticket for you?

In case there isn't, I have just flagged your ticket for assistance by the Atlassian team, so they will look into the case and create a ticket for you, if no one in your org is able to do it.

I'm crossing fingers that this is solved fast!
