I accidentally created a new account with my new email address, where I needed to just add that in my old Atlassian account.
Now when I try to delete it, it is asking me 14 days to wait.
Is there any way to delete it ASAP? otherwise I can not add that email address?

I am unable to create a ticket on your behalf, as the email address in this thread does not have access to any Jira cloud site. Account support team will be able to help further.
One other option that you have to cancel the account deletion on the new/incorrect account that got created and then update email address to a temporary email. This will free up the required email address and you can update the email on your main Atlassian account. Thanks!

If this is a non-managed Atlassian account (e.g. it's yours and an organization doesn't manage it), one way you can do this is by changing the email address on the account you intend to delete by visiting https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email That will free up the email address to be used by another account
If you have a Gmail account, this is even easier, as you can add something like fake_email+needtodelete@gmail.com, which is technically a different address.
Atlassian support may also be able to help you with an immediate deletion but this is usually easier.
