Admin cannot login due to SSO certificate expiration/change

Hello,

After Google Workspace SSO certificate expiration, I have created a new one. All the other tools worked well again, except Atlassian login doesn't work anymore.

I cannot use old username and password neither.

How to proceed?

I understand that you are facing issues with SSO login.

It appears that you have raised this ticket using your personal email id and this is not linked to any org. I sent you a mail on the email (using which you contacted us here). Please respond with the requested details. I will create a support ticket on your behalf to address the issue.

I have the same issue.  I am unable to log in to open a support ticket or install the new cert
