I cannot delete my Atlassian account because I am listed as the last billing admin with active entitlements, but I cannot find any subscriptions. Please remove me from all billing accounts or list them. Although it is not visible in my billing activities. I just want to delete the account as I have never used it! Can someone from Atlassian Support contact me directly?

There are multiple identical post on this. You need to raise a Support request with Atlassian via the Billing and Licensing option.
