Hello, I want to delete my account i didnt know that i will receive an payment on 24 usd so how can I delete it please as soon as possible

1. To get this resolved, please follow these steps to create a support ticket:
2. Open a browser in Incognito/Private mode (this is important to ensure you aren't automatically logged into the suspended account).
3. Go to the Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian.
4. Under How can we help you?, select Quotes and Plan Changes.
5. Under Choose a topic, select Change cloud plan.
6. Fill in the details.
7. If the message box isn't visible, click on “Need more help?” to make the description field and submit button appear.

Hi,

Under Billing/subscription - do you see option to change plan to free plan or deactivate subscription?

If you still like to delete, you need to cancel all the subscriptions associated with the account. 

You can raise support ticket with Atlassian to cancel your subscription. Go to https://support.atlassian.com - Billings and payments - Your account - Cancel subscription. 

You can also do a live chat with live agent, who can raise support ticket for you.
