Hi everyone,
I'm currently locked out of my Atlassian account due to multiple login attempts in a short time. The message says:
"For security purposes, we've temporarily locked your account due to multiple login attempts within a short period of time. Please try again in a few minutes. If this issue persists, please contact Atlassian Support."
The problem is, I can’t log in to contact Atlassian Support — it requires me to be signed in, but I’m locked out.
I’ve already tried:
Waiting 15+ minutes
Clearing cache and cookies
Using incognito mode
Attempting a password reset
Nothing has worked so far.
Is there a way to unlock my account or contact support without being logged in?
