Accidental Access Granted

Earlier today, a client requested access to JIRA and in error was given full access rather than client access (access was only in place for 60 minutes before disabling the account).

The user informed us that they had access to the wrong area and they could see my internal JIRA boards.

Is there any way to see if the user went into any of the projects etc.?

We have used auditing and it only states last activity 11 March 2022.

I just want to confirm they did not browse any of the project boards.

Hi @SAM H ,

unfortunately, JIRA doesn't track views activities performed by a specific user.

Those information can be retrieved just at log level but, on the cloud, you cannot get that files (there's an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-46206).

My suggestion is to ask logs to Atlassian support :

• Select Technical problems & bugs
• Enter your Cloud URL on this page
• complete that form
