We have some mates that they don't have our company email accounts but they work for us, and we need to they have access to our Jira board and confluence pages.
Could you please help me?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Admins can easily invite users from any domain to you confluence / jira. You can find more about it here - Invite a user . If you are an admin, you can turn on the ability for any user to invite other users into your confluence / jira.
