401: Unable to connect to during search

Getting this issue with a username and password using Rest API in JiraAPi version 2. Anybody, please help ASAP.

If you're using the cloud based Jira (you don't specify), then the issue is detailed here.

Essentially, you can't use password anymore, you need to use an API token

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
