Automatically shift the start dates and end dates of all issues that are dependant linked

Hello, 

Seeking help in Jira Plan. 

Let's say I have one ticket (ABC) which is blocked by another ticket-123. Since ABC release is dependent on Ticket-123, lets say the end date got changed or by any reason it got delayed. Is it possible to change the start date and end date of ticket-ABC accordingly in Jira Plan. 

If it is feasible, what are the steps?

Are you using Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center?
