We have this problem with jira email notifications. For our project our users are not getting notification when they are assigned to an issue. Other project, user is not getting notification when an issue is moved or updated even though all configuration is done.
Hi Spruha - Can you share the Notification Scheme entries for those actions?
Hi John,
I think this might be happening because of mail queue flushing. We have had several mails that werent sent out.

Hi Spruha - Glad you got it resolved! What was the final resolution? Can you post that here for future reference? Also, can you then click on Accept answer to close this out? Thanks!

Hi Kevin,
Can you please clarify which email configuration you would like to see?

@Spruha Shah First check everything is fine with the outgoing mail configurations , configure as per this document below and check by sending a test email as said here
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-a-server-for-outgoing-mail-151078.html
Then you can set the notification scheme, with reference to this document below

Just check and let us know what's the status..!
Regards
Kevin
