组里的管理员有什么特权吗？如何成为组的管理员

我看见组里有管理员，请问如何能够成为管理员，以及管理员有什么特权吗

In your community that you have joined, you can post your questions, start a discussion, add/reply comments just as yourself.  Other members of the community will be able participate.

There is no requirements that I am aware of to conduct those activities.

Once you established your account (which you already did), you can join one of the many groups within the community - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Groups/ct-p/groups

In each of the group, you can post question/discussion wthout any limitation.  Please follow the community guidelines - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/rules-of-engagement
