One of the coolest things about the Atlassian Community is the 24/7 knowledge-sharing that happens here. As part of that, members share their insights and experiences through longer-form articles like getting started with Jira Service Desk, what to look for before installing add-ons and everything in between.

While writing permissions were initially only granted to Atlassian team members and our Community Champions, we've now opened the door to other active contributors who are eager to share their learnings.
