“This is all great, but I just need an answer to my question.” Questions and answers are the heart of the Atlassian Community, and we never lose sight of that fact! 80% of questions are answered within the first 48 hours by our community support team and our community experts. You can even learn how to formulate your question to get the best and fastest answer.

But don’t forget - we’ve been around for a long time and so has our team of experts. Your question may have already been answered! Search the community to see if your question has already been asked and answered - it often has.

You can also set search alerts to subscribe to topics you care about, or set up other subscriptions, Slack integrations or RSS feeds, so you’ll always be in the know about the latest news from the Atlassian team or from your peers on the community.
