why is my avatar empty?

I can see my avatar in Trello corner and Atlassian. But when i view it at the template section my avatar is empty. Is it my setting wrong? please advice. Thank you in advance.

P.s. I tried removing my avatar in atlassian and reuploading, nothing happened

Hi @Pearl the Writer 

  I know it may seem obvious, but after changing the avatar, make sure to "save" your changes, the button is at the bottom of the page, it should be automatic.
  Another option exit and enter again

my avatar appears everywhere, my profile included. Just not on the template I've created. I've noticed some other template creators too have an empty avatar. I've tried login off all devices and back in. It's still the same. I've tried changing avatar images as well... nothing happens hahahaha... thanks anyways
