top and bottom list on same board

is there a way on a board to have a set of list on top then another row of list on the same board but below the top list?

Can I clarify the need here? Do you mean split lists in swimlanes? Or have multiple separate lists within the same column?

If yes, this isn't possible natively, although there are Power-Ups which will be able to help with this - for example...

• Swimlanes by Blue Cat 
• Planyway 
• ...or another power-up from the store
