sumup not working

Hi Team 

"I have been using SumUp on all my notes. However, as of today, there is no dollar value shown on my notes and the summary is not displaying the current values. When I check the power-up, it shows that it is enabled. Any help would be appreciated. to get this working again

Hi Jason! Welcome to Trello community.

Sorry to hear about that! Unfortunately, we don't have any extra information on the Sum Up Power-Up or what you'd need to do to get this working, as this Power-Up isn't developed or managed by us.

What we could suggest is to try browser troubleshooting. Sometimes cookies or extensions can cause some unexpected behavior. You can follow these browser troubleshooting steps -> https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello/

Also, you can try to remove and add the Sum Up Power again on the board.

In case that doesn't work, we'd recommend reaching out to the team who developed the Power-up directly, as they should be able to help you with this. You can contact them by clicking on the Contact Support button on the Power-Up page - https://trello.com/power-ups/5f14dc544702b963e6bc0b12

Alternatively, you can simply contact the Sum Up support team by emailing them at contact@blueanvilsoftware.com.au
