reply creating a new card issue

I'm using Email to Board option and works fine most of the time, but often when someone reply a email, that reply don't become a comment as should do... that problem create a new card, every reply...that is terrible, i had to arquive those and update the original card with the comments. 

There is anyone who can help me? i'll be glad

Hi Bruno,

 

Trello will only attach messages as comments when it can identify the incoming message as part of the same message tree. If the message chain changes at any point, that breaks, and new cards get created. We're always happy to look into it more specifically and find out what's happening: https://trello.com/contact
