possibility of automating card move based on email trigger?

I'm wondering if there's a way to do auto staging in Trello assuming there are 3 lists: Product Backlog, Work In Progress and Done.  

Suppose we email to the Trello board to create a card under list Product Backlog with email subject keystring "xyz".

Then there's another email sent to the board but with "WIP" and "xyz" in the email subject.

How can Butler rule be created to add the 2nd email subject as "comment" to the original card "xyz" and move it to next list Work In Progress ?

By the same token, if a 3rd email containing "xyz" and "done" in the email subject sent to the Trello board, can it move the card "xyz" to the Done list ?

Email to board creates a card on a list. You select the list when you generate the email address. You can then use the card to trigger a move using wildcard against either the name or description.
