if my assistant comments at the bottom of a check list, how do I get notified on my phone?

I'm not sure exacly where the comments are being put, whether it is a new checklist item, renaming a checklist item or putting a comment in the comments section but one surefire way for you to get a notification is for your assistant to @mention you with your Trello handle...
