Right now, dependencies aren't possible natively within Trello. I’ll pass your interest in this on to our team for consideration.

In the meantime, you can link cards to each other however their dates will not automatically shift. Another option that might help with your workflow is to use the Hello Epics Power-Up to define informal relationships between cards: https://info.trello.com/power-ups/hello-epics
