What I am looking for is: When creating a new card, automatically read the information and copy the check list of that card and automatically add the tag creator in the items of each checklist.

Provided you are a project admin or Jira instance admin, you can click on “Automate template” after selecting a template name from the list. MyTHDHR Workday
