Hello, Monika!

The short answer is yes, as long as the guest has access to the board, they will be able to see it.

It sounds like you want to add a certain person as a guest on your board. Please note that a guest is not a specific option you can select, but rather the terminology we use.

A guest is simply a person who is a member of a board in your Trello Workspace but is not a member of the Workspace itself. That lack of Workspace membership means they aren't able to see all Workspace-visible boards and they have no paid features available. Instead, they are considered a free user who only has very specific access to the board they are a member of.

As long as they are a guest on only one board, there is no additional cost to your Premium subscription. However, if you add them to an additional board, they become known as a multi-board guest and cost the same as a Workspace member.

So in this case, all you would need to do is add them to the board like you would with any other person.

G'day, Monika! Not a problem, I'm glad to help 😀

We back up all the information on our servers every hour, although this information is not user-facing. We will restore this backup if something happens to your data on our end.

As for personal backups, we’re definitely pro-data-portability and want to make sure our users can access and export their data. However, to clarify, it's not currently possible to re-import a manually exported board back into Trello.

If you're interested in a third-party solution, there is the Backups for Trello Power-Up, which you can check out here

For a more native option, Trello does currently have an export feature, available under the Board Menu > More > Share, Print, & Export. The format is JSON, which lends itself well to technical usages, but doesn't load into common programs like Excel. Thus, the export is primarily for people looking to crunch the data with programs of their own or just to back up their data in case of an emergency.
Alternatively, on Trello Premium boards, you can export board data as a CSV directly from Trello. That can be opened in any desktop spreadsheet program. To show what a board export in CSV format looks like, we've exported the Welcome Board that comes with each new Trello account. You can download the .csv file here.
I hope this helps, happy holidays ahead.

Rodolfo Moreira hello:) once again thank you for your help.

May I aslo ask if I add a person(quest) to the card only , the quest will see all board ?

Is there any chance to make visible a card only , not whole board ?
