difficulty to assign a task

I'm just beginning with trello and teamgantt

I don't know how to assign tasks because when I watch to videos explaining that,  I don't have the same screen. I don't have any tab called people.

I don't see how to make a team and then how to assign any task with the scree I got.

or is it that we can't do it with the free version?
