date of a checklist item not in filter options?

I'm testing the free version because i want to set due dates to specific items of a checklist (instead of a whole card). But i notice this date (of a checklist item) doens't filter when i ask for 'past expiration time' and 'expires next day'?

(terms could be different, i use the Dutch version)

Right now, the board filter will only apply to cards – it won't include checklist items. I definitely understand how this could be helpful, so I've flagged this as a feature request with the product team.
