customizing a card -- lock description field, hide buttons

Hi, is it possible to control the permission to change the description field, so that e.g. only the person that opens a card can make changes? 
(how to check for update on a card I have already read about it)

And, is it possible to deactivate buttons in a card, like the button "labels", so it is not visible and can't be used for a particular card?

Right now, to the best of my knowledge that is not available in Trello. 

Your best bet is to distribute Trello users into different permissions:

For the future : would it be possible, to ask the Trello-Team to design a particular Board fitting the needs of a single user/company? (of course, with renumeration) ?
