can i copy a card to another board and link them with automation?

i have automates that once the requests have been approved they transfer to the "Approved Requests" List and then copied to my other private board. Now i wish to update the main card just by updating the copied card in the private board. Can i automate it that everytime the card is copied it is already linked?
