we integrate trello and slack, in this way we can add or assigne users or attach slack conversation to trello cards directly from slack but can we attach only a file (not all the conversation) from slack to trello cards ?!

If you copy the link to the file from Slack, you can add that link as an attachment to a Trello card. However, it's not currently possible to use the Slack Power-Up to attach just a file rather than a conversation.
