accessing rules created by another user

Ann Fisher July 27, 2022

Hi. We have one staff person who has created some rules for the cards on our Trello board.  The rest of us can't see or change those rules though. Is there a way we can have it set up so that all users can see the rules when one user sets them up?

If you have Premium or Enterprise, administrators can access other users' rules (see https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/administrative-powers-in-butler/ ). If you have Standard or above, you can use a shared command library to let other users in the workspace see/import the commands (see https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/working-with-command-libraries/) - but only the user who created the library will be able to alter the commands.
