When I have a start date and a due date on a card (reflecting the range of time that I'm trying to achieve) it doesn't show up like a range of time on the Trello calendar. It shows up only on the due date. I find this very annoying. Why even have a range of dates? For example, if I have something with a start date of May 17th and an end date of May 19th, the Trello calendar shows the card only on May 19th. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know a work-around?
This is how it is supposed to look (as calendar events spanning multiple days) Please contact the support team if it is not working for you. They can troubleshoot.

Hi @Jessica
It's Mary from Planyway calendar for Trello
As far as I know, it won't be possible, at least with the free plan.
Try Planyway power-up, which allows you to do it. Calendar in Planyway is completely free.

Hi @Jessica
According to the latest support article from Trello on their Calendar View, custom date fields like the one you want aren't available at this time.
However, the closest solution I found was from the workaround from the Atlassian Team. They suggest using a filter. You can see the steps here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Analytics-questions/Use-a-calendar-control-to-filter-on-start-date/qaq-p/2412608
I hope this helps,
Michael
