Why documents don't pop-up instead of downloading them then open?

Documents and PDFs used to open in a Trello window without needing to download it before 

is there a special setting to do or something else ?

The same thing is happening to us at our company. It started on Friday, October 15 for me. It's really annoying and I hope it gets fixed. Someone said it might be a conflict with using Trello and Google Chrome.
