Why are random users displayed when inviting new members in Trello?

Setting up a new board and typing in a name for adding a new member and Im not clear as to why there are random names being auto suggested under new member. None of those names are associated with our org. Is there a security setting I can turn off or on somewhere?

Rafael here from Trello Support, I hope you're doing okay!

Our pattern of invites is actually based on email or username as is detailed here - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-people-to-a-board/

When you just type a name on the invite, Trello basically looks for other Atlassian accounts with a closer name to the one you are looking for, which is not recommended.
