Hello everyone, I would like to integrate with and make API calls to Trello with an API token that I received from our manager. She says that she can only see and create the token and not the key? I don't have an account to Trello so I'm just getting this token from my manager.
Can someone help me confirm what is needed in order to make a successful API call to Trello? I'm reading that you need both the API Key and API token but my manager has only given me the API token.
Thank you!
Hello @Alan Chen
Your manager is wrong. The key and the token come into existence simultaneously and form a unique combination that uniquely identifies a user account. A token without a key is useless.

Hi @David Bakkers what is a power up? Also, what's the difference between the API key, secret, and token created from power ups vs the API token created from "Manage account" settings? Thank you!
