Using the Outlook Add in with shared mailboxes

We have issues recently when a user logins into the Add in Outlook when in a shared mailbox any other user who then updated Trello from that shared mailbox will do so under the first user to login. for example

John logins into the Trello Outlook Add in while in Shared Mailbox - 'Shared work' and updates a Trello card

Then Sarah goes to 'Shared work' mailbox and also updates a Trello but this update comes under John's name

Is there a way around this as it appears people are doing updates which in reality it is another user?

Because Microsoft has built and is maintaining the Outlook add-in, they're the best team to reach out to for problems with using the add-in. You can reach them here: trelloaddin(at)service(dot)microsoft(dot)com

Thanks, I have raised this with Microsoft and will feedback here if I get a resolution to the issue.
