Using the GitHub Power-Up for both GitHub and GitHub Enterprise

Our team uses both open source GitHub and GitHub Enterprise. I'm able to enable the GitHub Power-Up and authenticate with GitHub (open source), but it appears that I need to "Remove personal settings" in order to authenticate with GitHub Enterprise, which thereby breaks the initial GitHub authentication. Is there a way to enable integration for both our open source GitHub and GitHub Enterprise instance?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to authenticate two instances to the same Trello account. I'll note this down as something that you'd like to see!
