Using custom date field to trigger new card in separate board?

Hi all,

I'm urgently trying to use a custom date field on a card in one board as a trigger to create a new card in a different board (calendar view) + attach a label + title+ use the custom date field (once filled, in the first card) to fill the "due date" field in the second card. In fact, I'd like to have this happen for TWO custom date fields per card.

I have contacted Butler and have been told it isn't possible. If I buy the Business class for Trello, are there some additional apps that can work together to do this?

There is not a way to do this natively within Trello, or with any Power-Ups that I am aware of.

It is definitely possible to build a custom tool or script that can do this for you! Trello has a fully documented API at https://developers.trello.com/

The Trello browser interface actually uses the exact same API to interact with our servers, so it's always up-to-date and full-featured.
