Does anyone use Trello with a client who is an active user in Trello? I am exploring time tracking on cards in Trello but would like to not have the client view that part of the card. And is it possible to export any time tracking to QuickBooks?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Kris Moorman !

So, when you're using Trello with clients, keep in mind that all the info from Power-Ups is generally visible to everyone who can see the card. There's no built-in way to hide specific parts of a card from different users. However, some Power-Ups might require authentication before showing info on a card, so it really depends on which one you're using for time tracking.

As for exporting time tracking data to QuickBooks, that's also going to depend on the specific Power-Up. Some Power-Ups store data on their own servers, while others might integrate differently with Trello's backend. I'd suggest reaching out to the support team of the Power-Up you're considering or already using. They'll have the nitty-gritty details and can guide you on how to get that info exported.

Hope this helps!
