Upgrading to business class

Hello,

 

I've paid for an annual plan on Trello gold, and now wanting to move over to Trello Business class, does the remaining balance on my account get applied to my new invoice?

 

I've been through the Trello FAQ's and not found anything to give me this info.

 

Please let me know if you know how this works?

Hey Gareth, Blair here from Trello Support. Glad to help you with this transition from Gold to Business Class!

Right now, the balance from your Gold subscription doesn't automatically transfer to Business Class, but we can help you out by adjusting some things from our side.
