My company has used Free Trello for years. We have (1) workspace with (4) boards and (30) folks who work with all or some of these boards.

I'd like to work through how to upgrade our workspace to accomplish what we need without spending some $3,400 per year.  Someone from Atlassian contact me directly for a consult?

How do you arrive at 3700USD... Each user on a standard paid plan is 5$/Month if paid in 12 month intervals, so at most it is 1800USD, and it might not be that high is some members only work on a single board as guest (they would be free)...

That was a typo. The price they showed for me to upgrade was about ±3400USD. I have implemented limits on some users and was able to figured out a cheaper option with some changes to how we use Trello.
