Universal Cover Images?

We would like to use cover images to help us visually categorize cards. Is there a way to load our custom cover images so they are available to select as cover images on cards? Right now it seems we need to attach the correct cover to each individual card. Thanks in advance!

Try it :  do a lookup to card with a link to the cover in description. Important the link must be public for it to work. Attach the link to the card.
