Hello All,
We're using Premium workspace for almost a year, or just passing 1 year. Today we found out our workspace becomes FREE automatically.
However, we need all the features on our Premium workspace back to normal such as one important feature as Custom Field.
Could someone please help us so we can recover all the Custom Field data back ASAP?

A system will only revert to free if you stop paying the subscription and you have a low enough number of active users.
To get premium back, you'll need to pay the subscription again. Contact Trello support at https://trello.com/contact to arrange that. Make sure you use the last contact option at the bottom - the others will bring you back here or land on documentation.
Yes, the billing contact(s) on your account will get emails about renewal a couple of months before it is due and a few reminders (I'm not sure of the exact cycle, I tend to respond to the second or third one)

Atlassian retain all your data for quite a while, so yes, if you resubscribe, you should get it all back.

I have not yet been successful in getting support in that.
