Trying to pay my subscription but no way to access my invoice. Support is not responding!

I just need a way to change my Jira Premium account to credit card payment, or my actual invoice. neither is available in the UI when I try to pay. No one is responding


CA-3017488 is ticket number.

Note: You say "Jira," but you placed your post in the Trello section of the community.

However, we (the community) cannot help you in this case, no matter the product. That's because the community is comprised largely of Atlassian customers/users like you. We are your peers. We cannot help you resolve billing issues.

Sorry.

That said, I will mark this post for escalation with Atlassian. Maybe that will help to speed things up.
