Trello-registration is not sending confirmation mail?

I have invited a person to join a work space on Trello, and she got the invitation via EMail, but on her try, to register, the confirmation mail doesn't arrive and she can't step forward?

Any ideas?

The domain of her Company-EMail is working properly for my account....
