Trello logo is not appearing in right panel of Gmail. How do I show it?

Hi, I'm new to Trello and want to link it to my Gmail.

I added the Trello Gmail add-on.

I changed my Gmail settings to split panel view.

I opened an email.

I can't see the Trello icon to move the email to Trello.

Hi @Maureen O'Shaughnessy ,

That is very common that the icon do not appear. Many users complain, but they try to reinstall and the integration is working then.. Did you tried that?

I tried removing it from the domain and tried re installing but not working ...
