Trello Public Board and label filtering limit

Hi,

I would like to create a public board to share information with my target users. It seems that the my target users (without an Trello account) would not be able to see all the labels I have created and they can't even filter the card by labels.

Is it because I am not in business class or a public user has to create an account and login to use the function?

Hi, 

a possible explication : your users use app mobile.

In this case the view and seach features are little different

On desktop, the label list to filter is available on board menu then by accessing to the feature "Search cards"

On app mobile, this list is available on Search button (you need to write "#" then all labels appear)
