I am experiencing a 504 error (Response Timeout) while calling this endpoint:

Is there any problem with the API? 

Until yesterday it was working correctly! my collaborators are stopped and creating cards manually due to the integration issue
I need help urgently

I similar problem with some api yesterday but it is back working this morning.
